Founded in 1989 by top Baroque specialists Alfredo Bernadini, Paolo Grazzi and Alberto Grazzi, Zefiro specialises in 18th Century repertoire in which wind instruments feature prominently.
Zefiro are available in three formations: wind group, chamber ensemble and Baroque orchestra, covering a vast range of Baroque repertoire from Vivaldi Concerti to Handel Opera, Bach Cantatas to Haydn Masses, and wind music by Mozart, Rossini and Beethoven.
Zefiro regularly visit all the major European capitals and festivals, and have toured USA, Russia, Israel, Egypt, Korea, South America and Japan. Their prize-winning discography includes the music of Mozart, Handel, Telemann, Vivaldi and Zelenka.
